If you buy something from us, payment is processed securely via Stripe, Shopify, or Contractor Commerce. We don’t store or handle your payment details directly—those are handled by third-party processors (Stripe, Shopify, Contractor Commerce). Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and bank transfer.

You must be legally allowed to use any payment method you provide.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations:
You can cancel orders for goods, services, or digital products before they ship, before a download, or before we start the service. Just email us at info@contractorssocial.com—no cancellation fees. Full refund if you cancel on time.

We can also cancel your order at our discretion (fraud, errors, or unavailability). If that happens, you’ll get a full refund.

Refunds:
We only offer refunds if you receive the wrong product/service. No other reasons apply. You don’t need to send anything back for this.

7. Shipping

If you buy physical goods, they’ll be shipped either by us or by a third party. Shipping fees and timing will be clear at checkout. For questions about shipping, just ask.
